Crazy Bitch

She's back!

Armed with photos showcasing her current medical condition and two (so far) failed attempts to flee the country, GMA is again grabbing headlines.

Being a flight risk and all, the former President's hope of going overseas for medical treatment has now become a national debate.

Like any typical Filipino, parties involved have resorted to name calling. In fact, GMA's camp tagged P-Noy as a spoiled brat.

Gloria's present predicament - by far - has more twists and turns than your usual telenovela.

No one really knows what would happen next.

But one thing is certain.

Although strapped in a wheelchair, Gloria would not take this sitting down.

Nailing a criminal is one thing, though we must bear in mind that everyone is assumed innocent unless proven otherwise. Even when one is highly suspected due to circumstancial evidence, it is still not conclusive that he committed the crime. All the more even a convicted criminal is entitled to his basic rights.

Violation and disrespect of the country’s constitution is another thing, that which, any sensible legislator would know, transpired in this recent event that dominates the headlines.

No matter what one perceives or advocates, Supreme Court is the highest court of the land. Once it is challenged and disobeyed, its country is doomed to its lawlessness and its inevitable collapse. Due process must all times be observed. This is what constitutes a civilized, orderly, just society.

What happened to former PGMA could happen to you and to any one of us. If it were me, I would definitely say my rights are violated, guilty or not of any commission or omission of a crime. For me it’s not about the former president. For all who cares our country is doomed and will soon be known for having ex-convict presidents.

Filipinos should realize that all this chaos and political drama is not anymore about Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. The gist is about upholding the Constitution and respecting the highest court of the land, that which is expected from every sovereign Filipino.

It is unfortunate how our countrymen are brainwashed to believe that “tsismis” and “media publicity” are equivalent to truth. This has now become a cancerous culture in our long ailing society. Sadly even the supposed educated population have lost their touch of discernment in assessing what is factual and not ,what is bias and not, what is publicity and not. Just because it is a popular idea does not mean it ‘s right.

Just because it’s the voice of the people does it mean it’s legal. Look at the majority who chanted “crucify Him”. Chances are they all have gone to hell.

anonymous, Nyahaha. We are a Nation deeply rooted in tsismis. Kaya nga sikat si Boy Abunda, eh. Hehe

Sadly, this unthinking bigot just fueled anarchy. That is my personal distaste.

Going after corruption is a noble cause. The thing is, is the current administration going after corruption, or going after Gloria? Given a fair trail and proven to have committed the charges against her, former PGMA should face the consequences, as anyone else.

The current administration has a lot to prove to the Filipino people. I then expect more elites and politicians to go to jail following the president’s drive for anti-corruption. There should be more like Gloria after her downfall. Please include Ramos, Enrile, Lacson, to name a few.

Hence, the president should also agree in conducting an investigation on his incumbent vice president Binay who reportedly corrupted a whole lot while being the Makati mayor ( remember the Hospital ng Makati issue and overpricing?? With evidence!) Better yet, he himself should voluntarily succumb to investigation together with his running mate Mar Roxas for vote buying during the recent elections, as his party paid 500 pesos for every potential voter in the locality of Duenas and in Mindanao. This information is not tsismis, I have relatives who actually received these payments.

Not to mention the 360% increase in toll, the taxation of voluntary contributions in Philhealth/GSIS,PAG-ibig, the mass killing and murder of Hacienda Luisita farmers, the flamboyant display of guns promoting the culture of “IT’S OKEY TO HAVE GUNS AND BRING GUNS”, and all others…

Di ka nga kuno currupt, however you are pushing your constituents to the end of their wits, hanging on to the knife’s edge with poverty, leaving them to recourse to criminality, what makes you better than the others? So how then do you expect the common tao to have ends meet? E tayo nga na may desenteng trabaho e kung minsan kinakapos din???

In the end of it all, who casted the first stone,….?

So you are not corrupt, but it’s okey to just put justice into your own hands?? Is the executive department now the judiciary? Have they merged? If so we must now be under a dictatorship. Since when has the constitution been amended?

When someone dishonors the Supreme Court, the highest law of the land, when some dishonors the Constitution, that which is the basis of my personal rights and protection as an individual comprising this society, it’s tantamount to dishonoring my rights as a sovereign of this country. That is why this becomes my personal distaste. I am personally offended. My rights are as well violated. Such acts undermine my safety as well as that of my family, which is the basic foundation of a society, from which and by which the Filipino Constitution was promulgated.

In the first place Govt should have filed the case a long time ago
Para di nila hinabol at minadali ang filing para lang di makaalis ng bansa
You’d wonder why bakit di nagfile nuon pa ng case
At nung Friday lang sabay serve ng arrest warrant

based on our laws:

1. May right to travel ang tao.
2. Walang case na na file.
3. May supreme court TRO.
4. Must follow court order.
5. Hinarang sa airport.
6. Defiance of the court equals chaos/anarchy/sabog/injustice.

Yun lang yung sa akin.
